INNVENTURES SIGNS TWO NEW MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS ADDING MONTANA AND TEXAS HOTELS TO GROWING U.S. PORTFOLIO
InnVentures, a leader in extended stay and select service third-party hotel management, has been selected for management of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bozeman and Hyatt Place Dallas / North Arlington / Grand Prairie. The two new agreements add to the realization of InnVentures growth strategy set forth earlier in the year, despite the significant setback to the hospitality industry.
Accelerated Expansion Strategy Confidently Continues Amid Pandemic
Opened in May 2017, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bozeman (1601 Baxter Lane, Bozeman, Mont.) boasts spectacular views of the Bridger Mountains, situated near the entrance to Yellowstone National Park and Montana State University. The 90-room hotel features custom built interior and exterior finishes, with a modern lounge and patio area; pool and spa; large fitness center; and more. This marks the fifth hotel that the company will manage for Montana-based owner BlackRidge Companies.
“This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful market; it is the escape that travelers are looking for in a destination that has much to offer,” said InnVentures’ Chief Operating Officer Kimberly O’Fallon. “Renowned for fly fishing, skiing, mountain biking, and impressive wildlife, Bozeman offers unlimited activities for outdoor lovers and those seeking the fresh air of open – and socially-distanced – spaces.”
InnVentures’ first hotel in Lone Star State, the 134-room Hyatt Place Dallas / North Arlington / Grand Prairie (1542 N Hwy 360, N Watson Road, Grand Prairie, Texas) sits in the heart of the Arlington Entertainment District, easily accessible to DFW International Airport, Six Flags Over Texas, AT&T Stadium, the new Globe Life Park, and other exciting destinations in the Metroplex. Thoughtfully sourced, regionally inspired bar bites, shareables and premium alcoholic beverages are available at The Bar; additional dining options include free breakfast buffet, room service and to-go market. Contemporary rooms feature dedicated connected workspaces and relaxing seating areas, all including Cozy Corner sofa sleepers.
“We are very excited to be operating in Texas and look forward to more growth in this great state,” continued O’Fallon. “We are equally excited to enter this partnership with Atlas Hospitality, and look forward to many more properties with them in the future.”
With these two additions to the portfolio, InnVentures now manages 49 hotels in 13 states for some of the nation’s largest REITs, PE firms and lenders, in addition to a large portfolio of individual and family-owned hotels. Throughout its 40-year history, it has honed a highly institutional back office, coupled with personalized and a hospitality-forward approach to operations that has contributed to its success.
