InnVentures, a leader in extended stay and select service third-party hotel management, is igniting its expansion strategy by naming 30-year industry veteran Kimberly O’Fallon as Chief Operating Officer. The placement supports the company’s growth plans for 2020 and beyond.
“Promoting thought leaders such as Kimberly from within gives us a competitive advantage as her experience is unparalleled – holding almost every operations and sales related position within our organization during her 26-year tenure,” said Rob Dann, CEO of Development, InnVentures. “It’s this experience that will propel us ahead of the industry, driving future innovation and growth.”
Kimberly’s contributions to InnVentures over the last five years include revenue growth of $9 million and adding 34 hotels to the portfolio. Her recognition by Marriott International and Residence Inn as the Mike Dubroff Award Winner for Outstanding Achievement and Diamond General Manager of the Year are testaments to her extensive brand experience.
In this new position Kimberly is responsible for leading all aspects of growing InnVentures’ extended-stay and select segments across the country, while also providing opportunities for the best talent in the industry, elevating the company’s reputation as a leader in the hotel space and continuing to champion InnVentures’ distinct company culture.
“It is an exciting time for InnVentures. The company is a true pioneer in the hospitality space, and I am thrilled to be at the helm of its continued growth trajectory and honored to lead our exceptional team,” said Kimberly O’Fallon, Chief Operating Officer, InnVentures.
InnVentures operates nearly 50 hotels for some of nation’s largest REITs, PE firms and lenders, in addition to a large portfolio of individual and family owned hotels.
