General Managers

Carl Anton

General Manager
Residence Inn by Marriott, Seattle Downtown Lake Union

Carl Anton began his career with InnVentures in 1995 as a Front Desk Clerk at the Residence Inn by Marriott-Portland Lloyd Center. He then moved on to become the Front Office Manager at the Residence Inn-Portland North Vancouver and the opening Front Office Manager at the Residence Inn-Portland Downtown at RiverPlace. Carl later took on the Director of Housekeeping position in addition to managing the Front Office. He left InnVentures for a short time in 2006 and came back as the General Manager of the Residence Inn-Seattle Downtown Lake Union in 2007.

In 1997, Carl won the "Front Office Manager of the Year" award for the Residence Inn brand.

Carl gives back to his community by assisting in organizing an annual bicycle race with proceeds benefiting the Washington State School for the Blind.

Brenda Aspnes

General Manager
Residence Inn by Marriott, Portland West

Brenda Aspnes joined InnVentures in 2003 as the Area Director of Sales for our three Portland Hillsboro properties. She was promoted to her current position as General Manager of the Residence Inn-Portland West in 2005.

Prior to her career with InnVentures, Brenda worked for the Red Lion and Doubletree hotel brands for five years. She held various positions there, including Front Desk Clerk, Front Desk Supervisor, Director of Housekeeping, Director of Front Office Services, Sales Manager and Revenue Manager. 

In 2004, Brenda was awarded the "Sales Leader of the Year" award, and in 2005, her team received the "Sales Team of the Year" award.

Brenda is a graduate of Mount Hood Community College with a degree in Hotel Management.

Brenda volunteers on the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Advisory Council. This council supports and maintains the Chamber’s Leadership program, a 9-month curriculum that has been coordinated by the organization since 1984. The Leadership program is designed to put participants in contact with numerous leaders in the city of Hillsboro, instilling a heightened personal commitment to becoming involved in their community.

Liz Sibert

General Manager
TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Portland Hillsboro

Liz Sibert began her hotel career with InnVentures in 1998 as a Front Desk Associate at the Courtyard by Marriott in Tigard, Oregon. Since then she has held multiple positions at that property including Front Desk Lead, Night Operations Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Sales. Liz was promoted to her current position as General Manager of the TownePlace Suites-Hillsboro in 2006.

Prior to working for InnVentures, Liz had a long and successful career as a professional dancer and personal trainer.

Shannon Swanson Myers

General Manager
TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Seattle North Mukilteo

Shannon began her career with InnVentures in 1994 as a Front Desk Clerk at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Lynnwood. She was soon promoted to the Sales Coordinator position. Since then, she has held Sales Manager and Director of Sales positions at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott-Seattle North Mukilteo and the Residence Inn by Marriott-Seattle Downtown Lake Union. Shannon was promoted to her current position as General of the TownePlace Suites in Mukilteo in 2008.

Shannon has been nominated for many awards and in 2005, she and her sales team won Marriott’s “Western Region Sales Team of the Year” and “Global Sales Team of the Year” awards. She and her team also won InnVentures’ “Sales Team of the Year” award that same year. In 2007, Shannon won InnVentures’ “Director of Sales of the Year” award.

Shannon is a graduate of Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services.

Aaron Watne

General Manager
TownePlace Suites by Marriott, Seattle Southcenter

Aaron joined InnVentures in 2005 as a Front Desk Clerk at the Courtyard by Marriott in Tigard, Oregon. Since then, he has held several positions within that hotel including Night Auditor, Front Office Manager and Director of Sales. Aaron was promoted to his current General Manager position at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott-Seattle Southcenter in 2008.

Aaron gives back to his community by volunteering at the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland.

Aaron is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Business Administration.

Alison Hite

General Manager
SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Vancouver Columbia Tech Center

Alison Hite joined InnVentures in 1998 as a Front Desk Clerk at the Courtyard by Marriott in Hillsboro. Since then she has held various positions at several properties including Sales Coordinator at the Courtyard-Hillsboro, Group Sales Manager at the Courtyard, Residence Inn and TownePlace Suites properties in Hillsboro and Director of Sales at the Residence Inn-Portland Downtown at RiverPlace. She was promoted to her current position as Opening General Manager of the SpringHill Suites in Vancouver, Washington in 2007.

In 2001, Alison won the "Washington County CVB Volunteer of the Year" award and received InnVentures' "Director of Sales of the Year" award in 2005.

Alison gives back to her community by participating in the Greater Vancouver and Camas/Washougal Chamber and the Clark County Crisis Center.

Alison is a graduate of Hasting College in Nebraska with a degree in Sociology.

Lisa Vincent

General Manager
SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Boise ParkCenter

Lisa joined InnVentures in 2009 as the General Manager at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Boise, Idaho.

Lisa’s experience prior to joining InnVentures spans 19 years in the hospitality industry. She has held the positions of General Manager, Sales Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Assistant General Manager and General Manager for the Hilton and Doubletree hotel brands.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Hotel Administration. She is also a member of the Boise Southwest Rotary Club.

Ryan Noel

General Manager
Courtyard by Marriott, Seattle Kirkland

Ryan Noel began his career with InnVentures in 2004, as the Front Office Manager at the Residence Inn on Lake Union in Seattle, Washington. He was promoted to General Manager of the TownePlace Suites in Kent, Washington in 2006. In 2008, Ryan was promoted to his current position of General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Kirkland, Washington.

Prior to joining InnVentures, Ryan gained hotel and restaurant experience at the Bellevue Athletic Club. He held various positions during his seven years there, including Front Desk Clerk, Night Auditor, Manager on Duty and Restaurant Manager.

Ryan is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration.

Kim Ortiz

General Manager
Courtyard by Marriott, Portland Tigard

Kim Ortiz began her career with InnVentures in 1992 at the Residence Inn in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Kim and her family give back to the community by participating in the SOLV Beach Clean Up each year. She also works with her hotel staff to raise funds for Children's Miracle Network and donates linens and other goods to a women's homeless shelter in Tigard, Oregon.

Kathy Madison

General Manager
Hilton Garden Inn, Seattle Renton

Kathy Madison joined InnVentures in 2006 as the General Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn in Renton, Washington. Her previous experience spans 22 years in the hospitality industry and includes positions as Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager and General Manager with Hyatt, Hampton, Hawthorn, Best Western, and Hilton hotels.

Kathy is a graduate of the Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management Program at Oregon State University.

Kathy gives back to her community by serving as team captain for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event, mentoring hospitality students from the local community college and being an active member in the chamber and civic communities.

Jessica Sacci

General Manager
Hilton Garden Inn, Roseville

Jessica Sacci joined InnVentures in 2005 as the General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn in Roseville, California. Her previous experience spans ten years in the hospitality industry, beginning as a Front Desk Clerk at the Residence Inn in Mountain View, California. She has also held the positions of Night Manager, Front Office Manager, Sales Account Manager and Assistant General Manager.

Jessica gives back to her community by volunteering for the Special Olympics. With her co-workers, she supports Children’s Miracle Network through fundraising activities. Jessica has also given time to Habitat for Humanity and local food banks.

Lisa Vallejo

General Manager
Hilton Garden Inn, Yakima

Lisa joined InnVentures in 2007 as the Food and Beverage Director at the Hilton Garden Inn in Yakima. She was promoted to her current position as General Manager in 2009.

Lisa’s experience prior to joining InnVentures spans 21 years in the hospitality industry. She has held the positions of Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Office Manager, Outlet Manager and Food and Beverage Director for the Holiday Inn and DoubleTree hotel brands.

In 2008, Lisa won InnVentures' “Manager of the Year” award.

Lisa placed third in a state competition for Restaurant and Hotel Management for DECA. She holds a degree in Child Psychology and is the Secretary/Treasurer for the Yakima Valley Lodging Association.

Nicole Wampler

General Manager
Hilton Garden Inn, Folsom

Nicole joined InnVentures in 2005 when InnVentures assumed the management contract for the Hilton Garden Inn in Roseville, California. She was soon promoted from Front Office Manager to Assistant General Manager and was promoted to her current position of General Manager at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn in Folsom in 2010.

Nicole began her career in the hospitality industry at the Hilton Key West Resort and Marina in Florida after earning her degree at Sierra College. She has also worked with the Holiday Inn and Larkspur Landing brands.

In 2007, Nicole won InnVentures' “Manager of the Year” award.

Nicole gives back by helping children through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
