InnVentures has developed and managed hotel properties in the Pacific Northwest since its founding in 1982. Our growing list of hotel properties includes 19 Marriott and Hilton branded hotels in the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California.
We are the first franchisee of Residence Inn Hotels (now Residence Inn by Marriott), and currently manage three Residence Inn properties, three Courtyard by Marriott properties, three TownePlace Suites by Marriott properties, two SpringHill Suites by Marriott properties, seven Hilton Garden Inn properties and one Hampton Inn & Suites property.
Our executive team works closely with our franchise partners for the benefit of all entities. A long list of awards serves as a testament to our commitment to quality, and our ability to consistently meet or exceed high standards set by the franchise.
In addition, Marriott International presented InnVentures its coveted "Partnership Circle" award, the highest honor bestowed to Marriott franchisees. And in 2004, we earned three "Hotel of the Year" awards from Marriott International. No other franchisee in Marriott history can make that claim!
InnVentures was founded by Larry Culver, who has served as our Chief Executive Officer since 1982. Prior to founding InnVentures, Culver developed and operated Hilton and Sheraton Hotels in the Midwest.
